Top 5 Reasons To Attend WordCamp Butwal

WordCamp Butwal 2020 will be held on January 25, 2020 at Durbar
Lawn, Shanti Chowk, Yogikuti, Nepal. WordPress developers, designers, experts, and enthusiasts are all welcome to learn and have fun. The conference will be filled with 18+ speakers and 400+ attendees including local and international speakers ranging from WordPress experts, job and project opportunities, sponsor booths and various people from around the world.

WordCamp Butwal is one among many WordCamps that happen around the world each year. If you already know about WordCamp 2020 but you’re still considering whether to go or not, these five reasons make it a must-attend event.

  1. Super cool casual conference – Many people tend to associate “conference” with boring speeches and lectures. That’s not WordCamp! WordCamp is a casual conference with cool people that make networking super fun. No professional suits. No long-lasting lectures that put you to sleep. No awkward moments when you try to network. It isn’t intimidating at all.  WordCamp not only enhances your WordPress skills, but it also provides a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, which makes it easy to meet new people and geek out over web design and coding.  It’s not a wishy-washy, thought-leader, theoretical topics conference. You’ll take away something you can use in every session.
  1. It’s affordable– Let’s be honest. Some conferences have a hefty registration rate, which can prevent some people from going. You can’t beat a conference that has speakers around the world and from locally for $10 (NRs 1000/-) for the weekend. That weekend ticket also includes some nice swag, lunch, snacks, and a t-shirt. Not to mention the after parties and networking socials. Again, it’s hard to find a tech conference with that price tag and that much value.
  1. Get your questions answered by real people at the Happiness Bar – You will meet a community willing to help each other out, to teach, to debate and or maybe just lend an ear. You will definitely get answers to your questions.
  1. Network in a more casual, fun atmosphereThere’s seems to be every type user in attendance. Beginners, advanced, marketers, hobbyists, business, etc. WordCamp atmospheres are relaxed, casual and welcoming to all regardless of skill-set or financial ability. There is no pepper them air in the atmosphere. We advise you get in your best comfortable attire and shoes because you will move around a lot, not an outfit that will make you praying the day goes by so fast because we promise you won’t want the day to end that fast.
  1. Great For Users And Bloggers: You don’t have to be a developer, coder, or WordPress professional. You can be using WordPress for the first time, or just trying to figure out how to better your own business or website. You can find out how to use social media or content marketing to make your business better and talk with people that have made it work for themselves.  Every WordCamp always has an amazing set of  passionate, expert WordPress people sharing about what they know best. Be ready to take notes, ask questions, and find people in the hallways you want to learn from. Perhaps you already may know, but just in case you didn’t, Everyone has a story to tell about how they got started, how they go to the point where they currently are. You can attend these events looking for inspiration from other people.Post WordCamp Beers: Almost as fun as the Camp itself. As you can see from the five reasons above, WordCamps are a great place for meetup with members of the WordPress community and learn about the many different aspects of the platform. No two WordCamps are the same, so we’d like to start by attending a WordCamp near you, but also to plug into events while you travel. That will provide an opportunity to connect with national and international speakers from around the world, increasing learning opportunities and giving you valuable insights into the world of WordPress.
Wrapping it up,  WordCamp is all about networking, community, meeting new people, getting out of my comfort zone . WordCamps will also allow you to meet WordPress industry influencers as well as long new things you did not know about. A WordCamp can be helpful for WordPress Professionals giving us an infusion of enthusiasm and encouragement as we go back to our day to day work.
