He is a co-founder of \u201cUrja Lab\u201d and runs a company \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gyanhub.org\">Gyan hub<\/a>\u201d(<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gyanhub.org\/\">www.gyanhub.org<\/a>), first ever co-working space service provider in Pokhara. Mr Poudel is also a social worker currently elected as District President (2019\/2020) of Leo District Council, 325 B1; youth organization of Lions Club International. He is both into speaking and organizing events and became a part of WordCamp Community from 2015.
